Community Partnership of the Ozarks is currently hiring a full time Vice President of Community Relations that is responsible for planning, developing and managing the organization’s resource development activities, including fundraising, individual, corporate, and foundation donor development, major gifts, and planned giving.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written; public speaking and presentation experience; detail-oriented while still able to understand and promote a global view of CPO; excellent computer skills and ability to maintain a donor database is required. Flexibility and professionalism in dealing with diverse individuals and organizations, especially donor prospects. Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years professional work experience required.
