NATIONAL PHILANTHROPY DAY - NOMINATIONS NOW OPEN!

National Philanthropy Day® is a special day set aside on the fourteenth of November. The purpose of this day is to recognize the great contributions of philanthropy—and those people active in the philanthropic community—to the enrichment of our world.

National Philanthropy Day allows organizations to recognize the hard working volunteer and professional fundraisers in our communities. Please join us at the Bass Pro White River Conference Center on Tuesday, November 14th to honor the individuals who make a difference in our community.

Awards categories include:

Outstanding Philanthropic Media Organization of the Year, Outstanding Philanthropic Foundation of the Year, Outstanding Philanthropic Business/Corporation of the Year, Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year, Outstanding Philanthropist of the Year, Outstanding Philanthropic Fundraising Professional of the Year, Outstanding Youth Philanthropist of the Year, Outstanding Fundraising Campaign/Event

Oct 24 - Development Director - Major Gifts
Position is responsible for managing and implementing development efforts to raise funds from alumni, parents, corporations andother friends of Drury in a designated region. The primary focus is on a portfolio of assigned prospects to raise major and planned gifts of $25,000 and up. Using best practices and a moves management approach, supported administratively by a strong research and analytics-driven Donor Services team, this position will help expand identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of potential friends and major donors to fund university-wide priorities and designated projects. Nov 20 - The Fundraising Effectiveness Project Releases Third Quarter Benchmark Report for Nonprofit Fundraisers
(Nov. 20, 2017) The Fundraising Effectiveness Project (FEP) released its third quarter findings and announced that both donor giving and donor retention is on a continued downward trend.
